On 7/10/2014 we went for dinner 5 of us dinners were ordered I order the prime rid and asked for it to be done medium rare when it came it was well done I sent it back the waitress came back at told me that they were all out of medium rare and she offered me a rib eye cook medium rare and when it came it was very rare and the worst looking rib eye I have ever had, tough full of fat and only 1/8" thick I said nothing and just left had I been paying the bill I would have said more, remember that you will remember your worst meal alot more that your best meal, will I be back? NO!! (Sat, 2014-07-12 12:10)

We waited over an hour for the food. For a fancy restaurant...the salad had cheap iceberg lettuce? Small portions and nothing outstanding. Waiter didn't give good service so with all the money we spent on 3 meals and drinks not worth the price. But, will try again, maybe it was just a bad night? (Sat, 2014-05-17 20:43)

We did have a reservation, but were seated immediately. The whole atmosphere was nice. With beautiful seating indoors, or outside. Our watitress was very sweet, and seemed to be able to give good meal suggestions. The service was very quick, with very little wait for our food. The whole meal was delicious, and they had alot of unique menu choices. The only thing I will say was my ravoli portion was not huge, which was fine with me as I am not a big eater, but I could see this might bother someone who expects a full portion. A bottle of wine, appetizer, and two meals later our bill was just around $60.00. I would pick this place over some commercial resturant chain like Olive Garden any day! (Thu, 2013-10-10 12:02)

We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation, the service was very good, the food was excellent.
We will definitely go there again, hopefully to bring friends. (Sun, 2013-09-08 19:02)

Had dinner there last night. It was very obvious that management does not know how to manage. You wait for everything and the wait gets longer throughout your time there. We waited for 20 minutes for a table, then 5 minutes for service, 20 minutes for an appetizer and then 1 hour for the entree. The food was not that exceptional. We do not blame the server. She was running inside and out trying to please customers. We observed her go to the kitchen and return empty handed. Obviously, someone was not pulling their weight because meals were not coming out. We never saw a dining room manager. There was no opportunity to Speak with management. We received an embarrassed apology from the server, but I do not believe it was her fault. We probably will not be returning. There will be no recommendations from this group of diners. I have frequented the restaurant and have always had excellent food. The staff are not as well trained for the percieved quality as expected. This is a service and food quality business and need to step it up a bit. Professional, courteous, customer pleasing and extreme service are a must. Curious who is making sure this happens? We showed up without reservations. So we made a 8 o'clock reservation and the hostess said I will call when the first table opens. 830, 845 ok no call we walked back to Bella's seen at least 7 open tables already made up. Hostess said she was just about to call. ( listen the truth is, being honest with your costumers goes a long way)... So we were seated. Menus :1st rule don't have 60 items to choose from. Reason is it costs to much to cook fresh so we get frozen food or just as bad fresh made then frozen! I'm in MN one of the best places to find local products. In great abundance. My wife ordered lobster Mac. Pasta over cooked and packed with so much crap you really couldn't tell what you were eating. I had squash and lobster ravioli . First bite lobster was off Rotten couldn't even swallow it. Our some what rude waitress asked if I wanted to try something else. So I ordered a safe choice rare steak risotto and veg. Steak way over cooked but had a good flavor the sauce was good. The risotto mush or paste veg frozen still. Didn't bother saying anything about the second choice. The bill came I still got charged for the lobster rav. And I quote no one else has complained about it this is just what it is. Very unsatisfied and give the experience a big waste of money and time. Jeff says:
Five of us were seated for dinner and orders were placed. Three meals came. No one seemed to notice that two people sitting with no food. I asked for the manager and was told that our 'new server' failed to enter all of the orders. Buy the time the meals were served the other three guests were finished. Awkward for everyone, and spoiled the evening. Manager failed to comp the late meals. Left didappointed and won't be back. (Thu, 2013-06-06 15:56)

Service was phenomenal and food was even better. Great experience and will definitely go back again! Wait time was about 30 minutes but that was a Friday night during busy dinner rush. The friendly happy hour price made the wait very pleasant. (Wed, 2013-04-17 08:50)

My husband took me out to dinner tonight for my birthday. First time either of us had eaten here. We had a reservation for 6pm and got seated right away. Service was good. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Food came at a reasonable time and most importantly...was fantastic! Best meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time! Desert was to die for! We'll definitely be back. Judy says:
we drove there Monday night (day after the blizzard). I called ahead and received a recording saying they were busy and to leave a message.
when we arrived, the door was locked, lights out, no sign indicating why they were closed. Asked a girl working next door, she said owners were from out of town, and maybe because of the snow they didn't come in. I wondered why they wouldn't have had a local worker post a sign, or better yet change their answering machine message to indicate they would not be open. There were two other people who tried to get in as well. Just wasn't very respectful of the public. We do like their food. (Wed, 2013-02-13 18:39)

Me and my husband just went there & had a wonderful experience. Food was very reasonably priced and service was great. Food was a little slow to arrive, but that was b/c several people all placed their orders at the same time, and our server apologized for the delay & explained about the delay, and there were no worries from us.. it's not a fast food joint. It's something different than the regular chains that you can get anywhere. Good experience and we'll be going back again. Got there at 5pm on a Friday and no wait, but filled up quickly after. Obviously good if people are waiting. (Fri, 2013-01-18 20:54)

My dad was the first of five to arrive at the restraunt. They would not seat him in the dining room without the entire party there. he even asked the manager for an exception. The manager said no way. What a joke!! The rest of the party arrived. And they tried to seat a party of five in a small
booth with a chair on the end of the booth. What a joke three of the adults are 200 + lbs. I said what about this empty table of six. her reply was this is how we seat 5 people. I sat at the table for six. I told her not to worry we would only be there less then am hour. My dads reply was we would be out off hear if it wasnt for the good food. What ever happened to accomidating the customer? (Sat, 2013-01-05 19:43)

Jim says:
Had a dish labelled spicy with a dusting of red pepper. When it came it was smothered in cayenne pepper and far to hot to enjoy. Ask the waitress for a side of Alfredo and she said she couldn't do that for us. The sad part is they had a pasta bar with Alfredo on it. All she had to do was scoop a cup a bring it. I will never go back. (Fri, 2012-08-10 13:23)

Had dinner there last night with friends. It was wonderful, I was very impressed. A large menu selection, get service, and the food makes me want to come back... (Wed, 2012-07-18 14:58)

We were told Friday Night a 45 minute wait which we were OK with. After 2 rounds in he bar for 4 of us a mutual pal walked in and chatted with us for 5 minutes and then he was seated. When questioned why the bartender informed us he knew someone that worked there so he was seated prior to all that signed in. We left. (Mon, 2012-05-14 07:22)
