Melissa says: I went through the drive-thru Saturday, October 8 at around 6:15 pm. I knew that I wanted the $5 meal deal that you have been advertising. Unfortunately that promotion was over and I was told the chicken strip basket was the new promotion. I hurried up and ordered some items off the sweet deals section of the menu. While I was in the line of cars I regretted not ordering the chicken strip basket. So, I did what I have never done before. Once I was at the window I asked if it would be a problem to change the order. I even said that if it was too much trouble I would settle for what I had originally ordered. Your employees (three gals and the cook) were very accommodating. I was impressed that the customer service was so exceptional here. I will try to make up my mind better next time.
