All I can say is WOW! And I wish I meant that in a good way. The very unfriendly owner made a terrible impression. Spent a 1:30 reservation standing outside until 2:30 on Mothers Day. Was then told reservations weren't guaranteed and if we didn't want to eat there we could go elsewhere. Again, Happy Mothers Day. Food tasted terrible and buffet was ALWAYS empty, again, after waiting an hour to be seated. Lack of customer service was AMAZINGLY BAD! Food was cold, poorly prepared, and all around tasteless. The food is amazing, the service is amazing, the furniture is cheap. School cafeteria chairs. If they put a couple grand into the look and furniture...and even the plates...they could charge 1/3 more and I'd pay it. They are one of the best restaurants in the area food-wise, now it's time for them to step up their game and become the classy looking place they should be! (Mon, 2012-02-06 23:28)
