Typically the service is good at this Perkins. However, yesterday our order was never taken. When we informed a manager that we hadn't been waited on, he said "Sorry" and shrugged his shoulders. We ended up walking out. (Sun, 2012-01-01 15:08)

The food and service at this Perkins is always great! Hats off to the employees! HOWEVER, did you know the owners of that Perkins take 8% of the cost of whatever you order and deducted from your server's paycheck. I was informed it does not affect the cooks, host/hostesses, but only the person serving you. I was told this is to cover the cost of their credit card machines and it is done in other Perkins ownened by the owners of the Sartell Perkins. That makes me upset that they would take from such hardworking people like that...it's just plain greed! (Wed, 2011-09-28 08:57)
