I am so in love with these burgers! Confused about the poor comments. Unfortunate really because this food is awesome! Customer service really good as well--maybe they should have complained and gotten the food fixed? I have waited for 5 minutes before and they explained that the food is not cooked until you order so that makes sense though 10 minutes is too long... but worth it for me! I just check my email! HORRIBLE!! My husband and I went there, we were the only ones in line. They make the food right there in the window in front of you, gross. Saw the kid not wearing gloves, touching everything before he touched our food. The fries were soggy and not cooked all the way. When we got home my burger was FULL of mayo, way to much. The bread was hard and it was not good. I don't think I will be going back there anymore. Oh and the 'special sauce' is just mayo and ketchup. They charge 65 cents or something rediculous. My wife and I debated going to Frugals or Burger Time. Suffice it to say we made the wrong choice. We wanted to give this new business a chance at getting our business but will never go back again. I heard a commercial on a local radio station about how the food was inexpensive and fresh. WOW, how deceiving! Not only was the food just as expensive as Burger King (but not even close to as good), but the food didn't taste any fresher than any other burger place in town. I order the double cheeseburger meal and my wife got the single cheeseburger meal. The burgers were soaked in grease and literally falling apart. We couldn't even eat the bottom bun and just threw it away. There was no flavor in the meat either. I thought with such fresh meat there would be an explosion of flavor. Nope. The fries there sucked too! We were there around 7pm on Sunday night November 21st and were the only ones in the drive thought. We waited for quite a long time for what we were hoping would be the freshest, hot fries. How disappointing! Most of the fries were completely soaked in grease and cold. We also noticed the workers using their bare hands to make our food. That is disgusting! I also noticed a very obese, greasy looking worker wiping his bare hands on his shirt the going back to his work on the food line. I actually turned my head so I couldn't see them anymore (what you don't know won't hurt you right?). One last thing, they have a daily question posted on the drive through window and my suggestion is don't answer that question. We did answer it correctly and received a used free fry coupon. This think was visibly used and undoubtedly dirty and filled with germs. Who wants to touch this card that other dirty people have touched? What is worse is these workers are touching the cards then making your food. GROSS!!! We will NEVER go back here and will do our best to discourage anyone else from going there as well. I called on friday 10-28-11 to check about the grand opening specials .99 burgers ect. i was told there was none and the 10 anniversary sale was sunday november 27th i ask again about the sign outside there restraunt and was told no event was going on there on saturday my wife and i went to walmart and there was the sign .99 burgers oct. 29 30 31 grand opening How can u work there and not know whats going on (Sun, 2011-10-30 20:46)

I had a coupon for free fries. I ordered two cheese burgers, one BLT,a mushroom swiss burger, and a large fry. After a 5 minute conference by five employees they decided to charge me 60 cents for the fries. I never got my free fries and the mushroom swiss burger was soup by the time I got home. It included what appeared to be canned mushrooms from China, mayo, onions, tomatoes, and I'm not sure about the cheese. I couldn't identify it as swiss. No free fries and no return customer. W.O.W. Very good! 100% thumbs up on the food!!! The employees are AMAZING so nice and helpful! They told me their burgers come fresh from St. Joe Meat Market!! My family enjoys this restaurant, it's a really good price and there's lots of selections!! (Wed, 2011-09-28 17:10)
