I read all these comments before going to chatters to eat, so i had low expectations. Food was great and service was ok. They serve 1 mean beef brisket and the western environment was a nice setting. All in all I had a good time and enjoyed the food. (Sun, 2012-01-08 18:15)

I was at Chatters on Friday night and the service was AWFUL.. First the girl working the front door was completely RUDE...we had no waitress after a 20 minute wait at our table, apparently they send them home after a certain time ?????? Left to get two drinks at a time from the bar becuase there was one bartender .....music was good. other than that the snotty girl at the door and no waitress??? yeah, id never return (Mon, 2011-07-18 10:26)

I know that as of this moment this is the only comment about Chatter's, but I went to other websites to find out if this place was any good and I found a number of negative comments. It makes me ask, did someone have a bad experience and decide to complain online? About half the comments were so so and we went their last evening with another couple and the food and service were outstanding. They had a prime rib special for Saturday night and it was excellent.
