I'm from California and have had lots of different Mexican food. My husband and I tried Mucho Loco's since we were in Elk River. This was this was the BEST Mexican food I have ever tasted. The spices and seasonings they use on each dish... so different from dish-to-dish. Whereas other Mexican restaurants food seems to taste the same. Also, my chicken was so moist, tender and full of flavor. Not only do they have amazing food, the prices were great for the portions. I was also very pleased with the service and how attentive the server was. Overall, great experience. (Sun, 2012-01-08 12:21)

We had dinner at Mucho Loco last night and it was excellent all the way around. The staff was the best we have seen and we were seated back in a nice quiet corner. The food was great and was served to us in record time. We will be dining there again. (Sat, 2011-04-23 06:13)
