Hands down the best Mexican food in the area, and honestly, my favorite and I'd dare say one of the best restaurant in the Brainerd area period! The El Tequila's in the Verndale area is very good too, same food and a lot of the same wait staff... Don't pay attention to ridiculous negative comments about the place because they "changed their salsa"... I mean, seriously? Here's the latest. It's February 2012 and the restaurant is a major disappointment. Service: slow to take our order, never checked back on beverages and the food itself was only adequate. The menu board offered 2 for one Margaritas and underneath in small print, "for person". What does that mean? It means one person has to buy two drinks to qualify for the two for one. What a ripoff. This place is OK. For Brainerd the food is revolutionary but in all honesty I can't tell any difference btwn this place's stuff or a place like El Loro in the Cities. It all tastes the same. I appreciated the fast and luxurious service, along with the willingness to accomodate my large wheelchair and oxygen tanks. These guys really know how to please.
