Went there yesterday. Got seated and nothing else. We did not receive service for over 20 minutes and it was not very busy. Tried to get some ones attention and kept getting overlooked. We ended up just getting up and leaving. The manager had come by and asked the booth next to us how things were and we were also in the line of site of the hostess. This was our first visit and very disappointed. We know negative moments can happen but we hope this review will be of assistance to make sure you are paying attention to your clients. Oh and we are usually big tippers. They did comment on our way out that they hope we enjoyed our meal. They didn't even know we received no food. M & S from Grand Rapids, MN (Sun, 2011-04-03 08:56)
