Fat Daddy's Bar & Grill

A few weeks ago when we traveled to Alexandria, MN, we (Husband, two little daughters (5 and 1), a friend and I) decided to stop for supper at Fat Daddy's; it have been a long drive and we were all very hungry specially the girls. We got a nice table right away and we wait, and wait, and wait for our waitress to come and get our order...we were totally ignored, we didn't get drinks order or anything else; it was a busy night but people that got there after us were already getting their food!
We have called the attention of a young server and he promised to get our server to our table right away; well, she never came. We told that young server that we would leave if we were not served right away so he went to tell the host and other 2 employees who were chatting at the front entrance, but nothing happened, so we left. IT WAS SO RUDE to leave us waiting for so long (probably 20 or more minutes) we didn't want to make a scene there so we just left; everyone around us noticed our disappointment. Our little girls didn't even get water! It seemed like the whole place was being run by a bunch of teenagers who have no idea about excellence and customer service. Nobody apologized to us or try to stopped us from leaving although there were at least 3 employees by the entrance. I will never recommend this place to anyone, every customer deserve a great treatment, well obviously NOT in this place. (Fri, 2011-04-01 09:54)
