Have fequented Ted & Gens for years. Always great service and delicious food. We have never had a problem. Have been there when crowded and when just a few patrons. ALWAYS good service, polite and helpful staff. Have ordered the ribs, the steaks, prime rib and their buffet. Always wonderful. What a treat! Would definitely recommend this to everyone. Don't know what night Diana went, but I stopped through on a Friday night on my way home to Battle Lake from the cities, and the place was pleasently busy, the staff was VERY friendly, and the special was prime rib w/baked potato and a salad. I picked up two. When I got them home we found the king prime rib was generously cut, perfectly cooked, fork tender and tasted amazing. The potatoes were baked just so, and the salad was a "create your own" from the salad bar. The total came to under $40. Needless to say, we'll be going back. (Wed, 2011-07-13 13:50)

What a disappointment this was. I made reservations for 5 tonight. I told them that we were celebrating my husbands birthday which is today and our anniversary which is tomorrow. The chicken on the buffet was cold. no ribs we had to ask for them. the waitress did come back to get my brothers order I had to go get her for that. nothing special, it was just so so, Not at all as I remembered from last time we visited. Not friendly at all. There was only one other table of 2 when we got there!!!! If you want only ribs and not awesome service then yes this is the place to go. Other wise the drinks are watered down, and the service and management are not friendly!!!!!!!!!!! (Sun, 2011-07-03 17:30)
